Working Together

You don’t have to walk the path of transformation alone.

Therapy is a space where we can get curious together and explore how past experiences influence your current realities and relationships. My approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in a profound belief in the wisdom of the body; what we feel carries deep meaning that deserves to be explored with warmth, respect, and humor.

As part of our work together, I often ask questions about what different emotions and memories feel like in your body. We can talk about how it felt when an event occurred, and if that feeling is familiar—often this can point us to places in us that need attunement and care. Together we can develop a deeper understanding of what is meaningful to you, and navigate the seas of change to help you live with greater authenticity and compassion.

We might be a good fit if you’re experiencing:

  • Grief

  • Anxiety

  • Self-criticism

  • Feelings of badness or worthlessness

  • Disconnection from nature

  • Questions about life purpose and meaning

  • Identity questions and transitions

  • Relationship challenges with friends, partners, and family

I particularly enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks and those who want to explore their spirituality and relationship to the web of life.

I offer therapy on a sliding scale, and part of our consultation call will include determining a fair fee.
